    Well, I was refering to the flexwatt I have under my tubs..I placed strips of foil tape on the cardboard to make a patch the same width as the flexwatt to reflect the heat back upwards. Then I placed the flexwatt on top of that and taped the the edges of the flexwatt down to the cardboard piece. The reason I use the cardboard is because where I have my tubs, I didn't want to use tape on the painted surface of the "shelf" because it doesn't stick really well and if I was to move it, it takes the paint with it.
