world of ball pythons not working?

I know people on this site use and recommend this wizard but for the last week or more ive been having a heck of a time trying to get to the site. once in a while i can get to the site but the wizard is slow and not working well. Anyone having this problem? im assuming its a server issue or somthing along those lines.
