    Restroom

    Hello,
My BP is a bit dehydrated and after his bath last night he peed (im lucky it missed me haha). It was yellow like normal but there was a bit of white/green in the middle about the size of a quarter. Is this normal or is he sick? He is a very healthy color and active at night. He ate fine Sunday and I have seen him drink water a few times.
I have found a few different answers online but I trust this forum the most. Thanks

Was it poop and urates? They usually go all three at the same time...urates look like a white clump. It's normal, it's just solid urine and they pass them when they pee.

Poop can be green sometimes....If you are really unsure then get a fecal sample done at the vet to rule out parasites. IMO though it sounds like normal bathroom behavior....

    It's completely normal.

I'm curious though, why did you give him a bath?

he is dehydrated, my GF got him for me as a bday present and she didnt know the things to lookout for. im suprised the petstore sold him to her but they dont care 100% about their animals. so ive been giving him a luke warm bath once every 2 days. his wrinkes are starting to go away and hes been drinking water too. hopefully in a few weeks he will be all better

Bathing Ball Pythons is stressful for them and strips away oils in their skin. I would only recommend a bath as a treatment for a stuck shed.

If your BP is dehydrated all you need to do is make sure the humidity levels in his enclosure are maintained at 50% or more and that your BP has access to a bowl of clean water.

ah k, what i did was let him soak in a plastic tub of water for about 10 min while i cleaned his cage. ive had the humidity at 55% so ill just leave him to that from now on. hes drinking water too but he was really bad dehydrated. not only wrinkles on his neck but down the side of his entire body. i had gotten some advice to let him soak a few times a week to help. he looks tons better now and eating great so il let him be
