    Re: BEL/Mojave Question

    1) correct me if im wrong but if i breed a Male BEL to a normal girl im going to get 50% lesser 50% mojave correct since the BEL is the Homo super form of the two right?

Your correct on the odds (assuming your BEL is a mojave/lesser), but technically their not homozygous, homozygous means the same, its a het lesser/het mojave, They just happen to sit on the same locus, thus giving you the above odds. Technicalities with wording... you got the right idea all that matters.

    2) when i breed the male BEL to a mojo female i get the chance of getting the "dirty head" BELs right? but if i changed to a lesser female then i get the chance of "pop eye"... so then would it be wise to go with a butter female above the mojo and lesser girls?

Butter = Lesser. Think of it as the difference between all the lines of pastels. So its not any more wise to pick the butter over a lesser. So its up to you if you want to deal with the dirty head or possible defect.
