I know some use harem style breeding with great success but I like to give the moms a break. I don't need the male getting them pregnant right after dropping a litter. I think this keeps healthier moms and litters IMO. I've had great luck so far with huge litters of big babies. This also helps stagger my production so I always have babies from weaning to pinks for my various snakes.
Thank you Those "beiges" will grow up to be like the mom at the end. Siamese! Breeding rats is rewarding both on the snake food bill and genetics manipulation... lol. Rats are pretty cool.

I meant the beiges in the top pic, the older pups. Unless your blue moms produce siameses.
Im assuming you think i meant the lower pics of mom siameses being "beige"

My rats all carry all my genes. Those Siamese came from the blue moms I breed Blue x Siamese or whatever opposites I have. I get hugely diverse litters. I got the start to my colony from snakesRkewl. He had a helluva colony to get me off the ground.
