    Each egg will have a 25% chance of being the pied. So, with 4 eggs, you may have 0, 1, 2, 3, or 4 pieds. Each has its own 25% chance, and each is not related to the outcome of the other.

    well we'll see.animals sometimes can throw you off from the normal breeding and have you think diffrent.. they were checked so only time will tell.

    my het pieds locked up

    i decided to put my het pieds pair together just to see if the would lock up last night and this morning and this is what i found.

    I have this guy that swears i wont get eggs till oct.has anyone breed in other months. I live in florida and the temp been about mid 80's to 90's and night lows around mid 7o's to low 70's.humid is around 35-65-74 it veries on the day.my heat pads havent been on in over a week.the whole set up is in my garage. They eat every week.and tanks are cleaned every other week.they all eat asf rats that i breed except one female that like just mice that i also breed.so makes no sence if the temp is close to there natural temp give or take some degrees.idk whats you guys intake

    I have the best luck pairing my snakes in Autumn and Winter. I get eggs sometime during Spring and hatchlings in Summer. If you're pairing now, then it would make sense to expect eggs later in the season.

    Up date!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!lol.i feel stupid

    well i decided to double check the sexes of the two.the pastel is male 100% and the female turned out to be a male.snake back mountin goin on in my cage.it just seemed realy weird especialy when the male pastel was tryin everything to avoid him.lol i just hope i didnt tramatize him.lol

    Lol, don't worry, everyone makes mistakes, and I'm sure your boy will recover.

    At least female normals don't cost a lot, you can get another and retire your newly discovered male as a pet. You might even be able to spring for a female morph for that pastel boy to court to make it up to him
