Just to address this right away so there's no confusion, how are Matt and Laura connected in all of this?
Matt makes a claim here and says he'll post it and then Laura makes a post on the BOI

I just got back from moving some stuff into my apartment upstate and so back to the thread since my last post. I'm not familiar with Laura nor the BOI which was posted. After looking at it I'm slightly confused. Do I have to verify myself? The link that someone posted there I need to re-read.

The OP should report this too with all his info and the corresponding e-mails from the seller.

EDIT: After further reading, it appears that the poster of the ad claimed the fires he supposedly had were "sold". I texted him just now and told him I managed to find a fire female and was hoping to grab one of the males to breed for some Black EL's next season. Within a minute he texted me back "Tes"...Obviously quick to answer yes and mispelled it, only to follow it up with "Sorry no". I'm guessing he saw the BOI and also this thread, which is unfortunate really.

EDIT again: I asked if they were gone if I could put in a little more money to outbid whoever offered and was told that they are gone but that he had "3 low end fires" he didn't put up which he would let go for $60 each.

Maybe the seller got confused and mixed up some pics when he replied.. labeling the top 2 as fire was absurd, the bottom three are much closer to the mark.

I wouldn't trust anything this guys says. The "Fires" he was trying to sell are obviously not Fires. Even a low end Fire should go for around $200.

Oh absolutely. My thing now is I have his phone number which is how he's running the scheme. If I report that can he really do anything more? Sure, email, but not being able to phone is a pretty big hit. At the same time, I can't explicitly prove he's scamming which annoys me that I could be sitting on the info necessary to stop him but can't do anything about it
