Oh I think she looks nice! Pretty bright colors! And nice flames/blushing

From my understanding things to look for in a good pastel are:
1. Lots of yellow (Orange turns more brown I believe)
2. Lots of blushing

She looks like she has both so I would say she would be a pretty good pickup.

B to B+ not mind blowing but definitely a good looking pastel

I'd say C+ to B. In my eyes she's average to slightly above average.

C- to C. Average at best. She is already dark and so young, she will brown out bad. She wouldnt be added to my collection, to be honest I dont own any pastels, they are ugly as adults.

She is nice and bright but just doesnt catch my eye so I would say a little above average as far as looks go.
What price are they asking?

Yeah, I've gotta agree with the others. Average. She has some ok yellow lower down on her sides, but if you notice she is already browning out on top, which leads me to believe she will brown out even worse as an adult. Her patterns aren't anything special in my eyes, nor is her blushing.
