This is interesting, (don't ask names at all please open investigation) There is now an open investigation on the chain that the little one came from. I have been contacted and spoke to authorities. The chain currently has lost its ability to sell cats and dogs... and the rest is under assessment at this time.
The time spent on letters seems to have been worth it.
