The color is black that is diluted to champagne with the pink eye recessive trait. Yes those are pink eyes, not red or ruby
If your male carries pink eye or red eye traits and they match up in the pairing then you would make more champagnes and black or possibly beige if red eye recessives match up.
Beige is a black rat diluted with the red eye recessive gene.
If you throw all black rats then your kits will be pink eye recessive carriers, hets as we call them in snake lingo.
