alot of people saying the cops will come up to his door and i SO want that to happen but unfortanatly they wont maybe if it was a prized dog or cat but for a leo they dont even want to fill out that paperwork its a why waste valuble resorces kinda thing it sucks for us in this hobby but really if someone seals one of our Prized animals we are sol hope the parents string him up if they dont know and find out and if they do well darwin or karma will take care of them
