here are some close ups of my carpets. Double checking, the baby's in shed mode correct?...i ask because of the gloss over his eye.

Nice Shoots but they look a little dimmed....I believe You made them thru glass of enclosure.. If You can mount filters on Your camera buy yourself circular polarization filter... you should eliminate any glass reflection and get better contrast...

thanks to both of yall!....in MAN fashion im just now learning how to REALLY use my camera I got last thanksgiving and i found the feature that does "close ups" so i was real happy to finally get a close up of the big guy/girl's eye...When the baby comes out of shed I'll try one for her/him but as of now she/he's real flightly.
