Congrats!! When I got my first snake two years ago my husband was of the opinion that the only good snake was a dead snake. Now, 38 snakes later if I'm holding one he walks right up and takes the snake from me and holds it. It's amazing how much people can change when they just have the opportunity to be around snakes and see that they are not "bad" like they were taught.
