ill find the smallest possible thing for a water bowl and feed em both small crix.im guessing like twice a week like my scorpion slings?

No problema! You could do a small cricket twice a week, or you could just do 2 crickets once a week (maybe 3 for the obt) if you'd like. Up to you!
