    my understanding is a two gene homozygous spider is visually identical to a single gene spyder. One would only know by pairing with a normal. If homozygous it would result in 100% spider offspring. Because a single gene het spyder is visually identical to a 2 gene homozygous spider not many are produced...most are single gene het spiders. I have not proven this out but this is my understanding. Open to corrections if there are any...
