    Poorly kept BP at petstore

I was at the local petstore where I buy my frozen rodents and I saw a BP there for sale that was in poor shape. She was extremely dehydrated, looked like a raison. It was so bad that I couldnt imagine anyone buying it, even if they knew jack about BP's. I asked someone that worked there about the neglect and was essentially blown off. What have others done in these situations? I feel so bad for that snake but I dont know what I can do.

best bet would be to call a local animal cruelty place. when i seen it at petco, i knocked a shelf over on my way out, but that didnt solve anything, made me feel better though
