I agree I would at least seperate the adult female now. Baby's can be grouped together if the space is large enough.
I see no problem except that when the male gets of size to breed he will try and breed the young female and that can lead to a host of other problems. But only animals of like size should be grouped together. You won't notice the bullying until it gets really bad but both The young male and female essentially they are losing out on growing, food options etc.
