beer is actually quite healthy! a beer after a workout actually hydrates better than water. it replenishes carbs and b vitamins and a bunch of other stuff. the alcohol thins your blood just a little and helps decrease swelling and inflamation.

Hmmmm... where in Ontario are you distributed (saw that you are distributed in BC and Ont this side of the chill)? I am heading to Toronto for the Reptile show in September and would love to drink 2 or 12 of those healthy beers.
