Bleeding during shed?
So I just fed my girl yesterday. And today I went in the room to check on the snakes. I seen that she shed. Its all one piece, however there are a 2 very small lines of blood on the shed. I looked her over and the only thing I could see was around her spurs/vent area. It seemed red as if there was a little blood there at one point. Again there is not alot of blood spots just a very small amount. Is this normal or do i need to keep a closer eye on her.
The temps have been little messed up lately. Its really hot here at the moment and the room that they are in stays really warm. So the cool side is usually in the mid to high 80's.

It's normal, some may have a little bleeding at the cloaca.

yeah it never happened to me before till my new lesser girl came and her first shed she bled, I had a minor freak out posted here too and found out its normal. -sigh of relief-

Yup the first two nailed this one. I'd just add that there should never be a lot of blood either like the op has a few smeared drops is normal more would be concerning.

Good to hear it's normal. I haven't had it happen to any of my snakes, but if it ever does, I won't freak out. Good thread.

My new cinnamon just shed in one piece and I found a couple of drops of blood on the paper towels... needless to say I was surprised! I've never seen my other five do that before. (But they are on aspen, maybe it's harder to see)
I totally agree with this:
