    You're right, any offspring you were to hatch would have to be labeled and referred to as POSSIBLE hets, until they are proven out. However when you make the punnet square, it shows it technically, as if you were able to distinguish between the hets and the non hets. It gives you the probability of it being a het, but of course since you aren't able to tell by looking at them after they hatch, then you can only sell them as 50% poss het albino 50% poss het pieds.
