I have a butter, a friend of mine has a lesser that is 1 year older. I still don't believe that they are the same morph. After comparing pictures of his and mine when we first got them, and now, the lesser DEFINATELY got darker, while my butter is slightly lighter now than it was 6 months ago.
VERY similar morphs, yes; exactly the same morph, I don't think so.
Anyway, I've not bred mine yet, and he bred his to a pastel. When she's big enough, I'm thinking pastel, pinstripe, or cinnamon, or maybe all 3!

You start by breeding a lesser to a butter
Yeah I said lesser and butter, lol.

Repeat till you get a glow

    and then an ovulation

    and then some eggs

and then you get some white things popping out everywhere...

and then you repeat the process next year

Their the same mutation after a couple years of breeding your Butter to different looking normals or other mutations you will see the evidence yourself. Their the same.

    Re: lets discuss butters

i would say that butters are lessers that just have a lil different variant that people want to put a different name on i know that big name breeders such as Ralph Davis have butters and lessers but honestly if i had to decide if one was lesser one was butter i would go by brightness and lack of circles in the alien heads then again i have only been addicted to this website for a year so i could be wrong
