Thanks everyone. He eats like a horse. We have had him now for 2 full weeks and he has eaten 2 hoopers and 3 fuzzies. They ran out of hoppers so we got fuzzies and eat eat them on a 2 day span. He also pooped 2 times, once on my youngest son, he is still a little fearful of hom so that pushed it over the top.

Put him on a 4-5 day schedule. He should be at least eating a small mouse to possibly even an adult mouse. Most of my babies are on adult mice within the first month.
I'd get him on a longer schedule. He needs time to digest but I also don't think your giving him large enough prey. My neonate hatchlings start on mouse hoppers and quickly move up. Even still 2 days is a little quick to feed again.

As I said, he eats HOPPERS. The store did not have any when it was time to fee so I had to give him fuzzies. That is why I feed him so soon.

Those would be way too big, he is tiny. His neck is smaller than my pinkie.

You don't go by the width of the neck. You should be feeding your bp one prey item about as big around as the girth of the thickest part of his body. Snakes unhinge their jaws and stretch around the prey. I think you should be fine to up the prey size to adult mice, at least small adult mice...

Yes I that. My husband, who worked with snakes for many years, said that hoppers are the size he needs. It is a bit hard for him to swallow the hoppers.

How old is the snake and about how many grams? Pretty much straight out of the egg in many cases they can handle adult mice... shortly there after rat pups.
