    Hi, new to the group!

Our family recently got a new family member! We are very happy to have her. We just found out just how many kinds of BP's there are out there! Pied, standard etc...wow. I'm not real sure if she's a standard or what. I would like to post a pic but can't seem to be able to???
I do have a question...she just shed a couple of days after we got her. There were no usual signs of a shed though. No dulling of her colors or hazing of the eyes. We fed her according to the schedule that she was use to and found that she ate and shed in the night. Normal?
Thanks for any info and have a great day!

    Welcome to BP.net

BP's do alot of their activities at night.
She had already gone through the pink belly, dull skin, blue eye phase of shedding before you got her.
Glad to see she is settling in nicely for you.

Check out out caresheet for BP's in the forum section, you will find a plethera of helpful information there

First of all... !!! Snakes vary so much what is normal for one can be odd for another. The longer you have your snake the more you will start to realize what they will or won't do.

    Regards,

    B
