what marker can prove that it was a het albino? thanks.

Unfortunately there are no markers for the albino gene in their Hets.

Ya, there is no marker! If you are buying one. make sure you get it from a very well known and reputable breeder. Make sure you get paperwork and make sure you trust the person you are buying from because there is no way to tell that it is a normal or a Het! Good luck!

Re: how to see marker of het albino
Congratulations. I have a pastel that has lines and markings that I've never seen on any other pastel or normal. That doesn't make it a "marker" for anything though...

thanks for sharing your picture. actually I have fire het albino and a pied het albino, compared to fire and pied. they have some different marking.

Re: how to see marker of het albino
The different markings are due to the extreme variability of ball pythons, they are not het albino markings. If het albinos had markings, they would have been noticed long before now and albino wouldn't be considered recessive.
