What the?
Ok so I checked on my eggs today and today is day 50 of het pied clutch and there's a pied out of his egg but his yoke is still attached I've never seen this befor what should I do?

Place him in a deli cup lined with wet paper towel. you don't want him to move around much til the yolk is absorbed.

His yoke is still in the egg so would I place the egg in there with him?

if yolk still in egg, very gently try to place him back in the egg.

Ok I got him back in the egg and sprayed the inside with water to keep it from drying out but I don't think he will stay there he's a determined little thing I just hope he will make it

place him & the eggs into a smaller container to limit his movements, he should absorb the yolk soon.

Well thanks for the advice but I'm sorry to say the poor thing passed away it looks like when it pulled it self out of the egg it pulled it's stomach out with it

I don't want to be too morbid, but can you post pics.
What happened with him leaving the egg isn't at all uncommon, and he should have been fine in a deli cup or small storage container.
Did you cut the eggs, or did he pip on his own?

I did not take pics and my wife burrows it in the yard and I cut them yesterday and he was acting fine until after I put him back in the egg and I checked on him and he was half way out again and was not moving I left him alone and checked again 15-20 mins later ad he was upside down and stiff his body looked as it was caved in I've never had a problem cutting at day 48-50 and never seen one come out this early I've cut at day 45 and had perfect babies come out on day 58-60 so I dint know why it came out I've never even had babies come out with the yoke still not absorbed or attached
