We're here! We heard a commercial for the show last night on the way back from dinner - really well done, really hyped up the FIRST Myrtle Beach Reptile expo, a great family fun event. I was pleased with the efforts behind that.

For comparisons to Daytona, at least the night life. We went to the Sheraton with a friend staying there, and we couldn't find the folks hanging out. Though, with the auction after the show tonight with Limey and Brian Barcyzk, there might be an after party - we'll see.

We've got our VIP passes, have had breakfast and are heading over in about 20 minutes, and plan to be there for the whole day. You really won't have to even leave for lunch, lots of concession kiosks, and an actual sort of food court between the convention center and the hotel.

I had a pretty good time today. I did some volunteering for USARK, saw some familiar faces, and met some great new ones. But there is something that has been perplexing me for the last few hours. My whole reason for going to the show was to pick up some supplies. I even made a list. So, could someone please explain to me how I managed to come away with a new boa, and absolutely NO supplies.
