    Ugly ASF

    I was cleaning a few days ago and noticed this little freak. What's the deal with this guy? I've raised maybe 2000 of these so far and I have yet to see one like this.

    Yep, some are just nekid at first. Not sure why. I mark mine and am going to try to breed them together to see if anything happens.

    As adults, they look totally normal.

    yeah I I get a bunch like that now I think it all the inbreeding on my end, I not built a new colony in about a year and I know the last ones I gotten weer already in breed some lol.. Waiting to see one that stays totally nake like hairless rats, then maybe I can make my name for being the first producer of hairless asfs. lol

    I was told it's either from mites, or lack of oil somewheres. I gave the adults codliver oil on graham cracker pieces, cleared the babies up right way.
