That's why I got ahold of you guys and asked for info and for you to let me know how they do for awhile. Im thinking the ones born in captivity may do better as long as the husbandry is kept right. I just hope the other people here realize that they don't do well if they are handled or if they are not allowed a deep, semi-humid substrate to hide in.
I think they are fascinating and I wish there was more info out there on them. I do. I just don't want to jump into getting one unless I'm certain it will do well. I've seen too many other people say they've gotten one and then it just died, or gotten blisters like the sunbeams and ring necks do and just stop eating.
