What's happening in Norway?

A large explosion hit Norwegian government buildings.

A man dressed as a police officer opens fire at a youth camp.

I know nothing about any particular group prone to violence that has any specific issues with Norway..

The blast comes as Norway grapples with a homegrown terror plot linked to al-Qaida. Two suspects are in jail awaiting charges.

Last week, a Norwegian prosecutor filed terror charges against an Iraqi-born cleric for threatening Norwegian politicians with death if he is deported from the Scandinavian country. The indictment centered on statements that Mullah Krekar — the founder of the Kurdish Islamist group Ansar al-Islam — made to various news media, including American network NBC.

The man dressed as a police officer has been cought and is being questiond. He is reported to be tall,blond, nordic and speaking norwegian. 10 people found dead and a unknown number injured. the youth camp consists of people between 15 and 25 years of age.
As for the bombing, 7 killed and a unknown number injured.
Armed police are walking the streets of oslo and most stores and pubs are closed. This is due to a request from police, wich said they had inuff to handel with out the normal weekend problems. This is totally surreal, i never thought this could happen here

We didn't think 9-11 would happen in the USA, but it did. Like Judy said: anyplace is not immune anymore. Sad thing, it's only going to get worst.

I wouldn't be surprised if this had something to do with how the EU is trying to solve some countries debt crisis. The way people riot and protest even though its clear that if the countries don't do something they'll go bankrupt makes it easy to believe some extremist group could do this.
