I have a couple snakes that refuse to eat in 32 qt tubs and they're over 1000 grams. As soon as I put them back in the 15 qt, they start pounding food again.

Like most have already said though, I do not use any hides unless they're a nervous eater.

I try to move them up to 32 qt around 7-800 grams as long as they continue to eat well.
