    Well, just think about it this way. Would that be enough of a return if you were in that situation after raising an animal up for 2+ years and not getting the animal proved out?

    Personally, No.

    Sell as possible hets (telling your story) and save yourself and others any 'possible' trouble down the road.

    What about compensating them for the animals that they should have produced as well? It's not just loss of one animal and the value of one animal. It's compensating time, feeding bill, value of what an adult het pied would be today (not when you sold it), and the value of the potential offspring.

    Sell them as possible hets.

    Ok that's what I'll do if I decide to sell them I appreciate the advice guys this has a busy year for me Ive had 6 clutches laid 1 has hatched and I cut two this week and I'm expecting 3-4 more clutches still but it's been good so far hatching out pieds,bees,pastels,spiders,cinnamons, and more cant wait for next season to get here
