Butters and Lessers are pretty much the same morph. You can make queenbees and killer queenbees with either a butter or a lesser.

they may call them the same thing but they will look different, Pewters were mentioned and is a good example. a pewter from a cinny and one from a Blk pastel are both called pewters but you can tell which is which by looking, so I say you have to get the animals that give you what you want. My pewters will be BK pastels because that is what I decided I like better, and your Killer Queens should be what you like best.

i understand its the same but diffrent im just really confused by why one world of bp its said that its a butter and if i did the genetic calculator right the queen bee and bumble bee butter are the "same" snake but the pictures that are show for the queen and the bee butter are very diffrent the queen has very light pattern and the bee butter has darker pattern i know that each snake will be differnt but if it is the same snake then they should be close to the same look also in the gen calculator a super pastel spider lesser has no name it comes up as super pastel, spider, lesser so you can click and see that snake meaning that the website has not updated that snake recipe or it hasnt been a proven snake but i think that when you are into that 3 gene area what you used to make it is really important

    Re: butter or lesser?????

I think a large part of it is simply the quality of the animal in question. butters, lessors in my opinion also are the same morph. there are reduced pattern light coloured lessors and butters. and there are dark butters and lessors. I don't really think it matters if you start with lessors or butters as much as the quality of the parents you chose. as far as pewter, black pewter goes of course you can see a difference because cinny's and black pastels are pretty different in there appearance.

Your confusion is exactly why snakes shouldnt have names such as bee's, pewters etc.. Call it by the morph combo. Butter Spider, Pastel Spider, Super pastel spider!

Butters and lessers should be considered the same until there is some proof indicating that they are.
