condensation is cause by a difference in temps not how much water is in your tub. the inside of the tub temp is slightly different from the outside temp around your tub. pulling the tub out of the incubator too long and the egg boxs cooling a little will cause it. and close to the end of incubation the eggs will also cause a slight temp change in the box and cause condensation.
