I agree that a lot of that is BS, but there will always be the problem of irresponsible pet owners. The major problem with these videos is that they are assuming and making it seem like EVERYONE is an irresponsible owner who can't provide proper care.

The video was funded by the Animal Protection Agency (APA) and the International Animal Rescue (IAR) which seem to be based in the UK if their web addresses are anything to go by.
