attempt at a 100% het record sheet for genics on ablino

Ok so I am startingto work on the record sheet for the het albinos ( aka genic paper ) if i able ot sell them or trade . so I have made the following sheet,

100% het albinos (id #####)
the snake below is 100%het albino from
my ablino to het albino female
hatched 6-16-2011
clutch produced 2 albinos and 3 100% hets
( incert picture here of snake )

does this sound like a proper document for het papers. ( will print 2 copies of the paper when a snakes leaves, one for owner and the second for my records) and the second copy will have on it the purchaser's info and such so I can look back and verify that it is 2 my snake produced 2 can compare the info based on what given. cause I know it not gonigo t be hard to forge a fake doc.

Check on line for embossers, I got mine for less than $30 I think, a few yrs back.
