    My 10 year old has a cinna that is his and we pretty much let him get him out anytime he wants and the snake does really well with him and he is always in one of his hides. We have had no instances knock on wood with him hissing or striking and he handles him a lot. Just as long as you let them get acclimated to their new inviornment they will be fine.
