Excellent service all the way! Rich was great and answered all my questions about what size UTH to get for the tanks I had. He was very patient and helpful. And his online order form is very secure. Shipping is a wee bit expensive, but so it is everywhere. I prefer to get as much as possible in one order to kind of save on the shipping if I can. Anything else you need in addition to the tongs?

Very good to order from...but wouldn't order tongs or even buy feeding tongs from anywhere...just go to the dollar store and get a set of food tongs for a dollar...thais what I use and work great...no shipping cost either
