i did not say nor will i even think to say that the OP handled the situation correctly.
yes, he could've been more calm about his views and opinions & might've been listened to.
yes, his being nasty about it only exaserbated the problem we herpers face on a daily basis. your right to be concerned about that.
my point is no matter how crappy a situation everyone involved can make choices on how they behave.
i've had my own experiences with those pet store employees, ok so i get it.
i just dont see how hurling insults is gonna resolve anything.
