    Coastal Carpet python???

I got this from craigslist as a coastal carpet python is that what it looks to be to everyone else? I'm not sure so I just wanted to check with those who would really know so when people in public ask me what im carrying around i can give them the correct answer. Below is my new addition and some pictures of his enclosure and him. right now hes on three pinky mice a week, should i keep him on this for a few weeks or next week move up to one fuzzy? He's still a bit nippy but i already know with a few minutes of daily handling he'll be just fine.:

I'd move him to rats as soon as possible. If he doesn't switch you are going to go through a LOT of mice per feeding when he gets bigger.
    He looks great, congrats!

Ya, my silly Jungle took 6 weeks to switch over. He would eat a Pinkie rat but not a fuzzy?? Even though he was quite capable of handling a fuzzy. And he likes it when I offer it to him horizontally, not dangling from the rats tail. Picky little SOB! LOL, The way he reacted when I first started with rats you would think I was offering him a radish or an onion. Don't give up! Great looking snake by the way.

It's impossible to know what he is for sure unless you have parentage info going back to founding wild caught animals, but he sure looks like a coastal intergrade to me with a bit of diamond influence.
