While I agree that quarantine procedures should be strictly adhered to, this may not be the case here. We don't know if the snakes were purchased from the same facility/breeder and have already been exposed to each other. Even in they were bought from different breeders, the risk is to one healthy snake from a possible sick snake (only two snakes in the home if I understand the post correctly). So, the risk is much lower than if the OP had multiple animals.
However, given that. Since they have only been in your home for a couple of weeks, I'd give them a month or two (if you are not going to observe quarantine procedures) to acclimate and become accustomed to their new home before trying to put the stress of breeding on the pair.
