Watch it, if it gets worse at all, go to the vet. Maybe a general vet check would be worth the time and $$. Better to be safe and catch something early, also if you have other reptiles it would also be good to quarantine this one.

Temps, humidity, well ventilated,ect....
substrate: type, how old, is it damp
