For $1000 you might be able to get a bumblebee male, cinnamon female, and a pinstripe female (or another female dominant/incompletely dominant mutation) at a show. Then you'd be well on your way to make some nice combos in a couple years! I'd try to find very nice examples of each animal no matter what you buy though. Better to pay a bit more for high quality animals than to get a "good deal" on lower quality stuff that you'll have a harder time selling in the future. Good luck whatever you decide to do!
