Not with a snake but with my other obsession fish keeping. I was standing next to a 300 gallon tank 8'x4'x3'

And doing some channel catfish fishing!

Late to the party as usual....This picture is about 2 months old. This was a new rescue I just picked up, gorgeous 5 1/2ft red-tail.

And this is less than a week ago. I've been "roughing it" lately.

Reach for the stars, and if you don't grab them at least you'll fall on top of the world.

Yes that is Shere Khan my male tiger retic at 3 yrs of age and about 13 ft in that pic...raised him from a hatchling and by far the tamest, sweetest, intelligent and most personable snake i have ever owned...I had to give him up a few yrs back cause i had to move into a new apt that was way to small to keep him...Friend of mine took him from...he was 16 ft at 5 yes of age when i gave him to his new home...I was out of keeping snakes for a few yrs until i bought my house bout 4 years ago..Now its strictly boa, ball and colubrids.....when i finish my bsmt ill probablu get another retic..Strictly as a pet.no breeding...they r a lot of work but a very rewarding snake to keep
