you can go to home depot and a buy terra cotta plant pot (the brownish-orange ones) and soak it in water for an hour or so. place it in the cage and the water will evaporate and create humidity. if you are able to, cut a hole in the pot for the snake to hid in it. it will solve 2 of your problems =)
