She definitely looks like a Granite. I think it would be smart to try and prove her out using a male without the Granite. I think she looks great
I think the dead baby in the picture is a Granite/YB and that it was just not fully developed (obviously).
I would bet that the Perilite with the fertilizer is certainly your culprit for the dead babies. I made the same mistake a few years ago with Leos and also had some very bad results. I now use calcined clay, so I dont have to worry about that anymore.
