To be fair, with the exception of RBI and Barrs, most manufacturers have long lead times.

However all things being equal, the customer service from Boaphile is hit or miss. At one point I had 8 or 9 boaphile cages and four of their racks. Getting a return call from them when an issue arises can be extremely frustrating. With so many other options out there, I've pretty much figured there's no need to put up with the headaches when I can get better service elsewhere.

See, many of the other manufacturers offer excellent customer service. RBI and Barrs all bend over backwards to please the customer and as far as racks go, Freedom Breeder and ARS modular units are built like brick sh**houses and their customer service is excellent.

I have also bought from Repti-Racks and while the lead times were longish, problems were dealt with immediately and calls were returned promptly.

Doug Barrs sells a 3x2x1 cage for $150. The cages are light, he ships fast and his customer service is second to none. Plus I think it's a nice touch that he gives you a handwritten thank you card with each purchase.
