THanks!! Crap. you know I do have a male pastel breeder Im using this year... I keep VERY detailed pairing records... and according to my records I never put the two pastels together...

But I guess the proof is in the pudding... I must have screwed up my records somehow. I must have had them togther in error at least once. That is the only logical conclusion I guess... a SUPER pastel...

The pastel looks like a really nice Pastel. I say that because it doesn't have the blushing I would expect to see for a super.

This is exactly what I was Thinking. But I didn't think a normal pastel could get such a white head

Lol, that was my first guess, especially after thinking of how large your collection is I only had three breeder males this year and threw one in with a female that I didn't mean to. It wasn't till about two hours later when I saw her locked up with the wrong male that I realized what I did

Mike, the bees are stunning! As for the one questionable one, it really looks like a super pastel to me. When did they hatch? I ask, because if it were me, I'd probably wait until a few meals and a few sheds and take a look again then.

I'm gonna go with a very exceptional pastel... To me, the body has way too much black to be a super. But, I haven't ever hatched out any bps so I could be absolutely wrong.

Take more pics after a few meals and a shed or two! Very nice clutch!
