Was anybody else bothered?

Was anyone else bothered at the treatment of the snakes in the skit in "Jackass 3D" where Bam was dropped into a pit, and snakes were thrown onto him?
....It was an 11 foot pit, and they THREW all kinds of snakes in it. Milksnakes, cornsnakes, a huge burm, boas...
I thought there's a reason we handle our snakes gently? I didn't think we could just throw them into 11 foot pits....

Was anyone else bothered, or is it just me? I was laughing my butt off until all the animal abuse stuff came on. It wasn;t just snakes either, though the snake one did bother me too....

That scene is why I have not yet seen that one.. I love Jackass.. but I saw that clip.. and watched as their.. "Snake expert" stood there and threw another snake down into the pit.. while Bam jumps on snakes to get out..
