I just got her in about an hour ago! I checked at 6:30am when my sister's dog started barking (he's like an alarm system)..then decided to start sleeping on the couch around 9. Luckily for all of us I checked outside again and they'd set her on the ground! It's not the first time they've done crap like this, last time they never even knocked and just slapped a 'You Missed It!' sticker on my door and ran. But, I have her now! The little chomper weighs in at 123 grams.

This girl's full name is Love Lies Bleeding.

In a small tub for now, I couldn't get a clear enough answer by scouring care sheets, so I settled with one about as long as she is, and slightly less wide. It's 83-85F on one end, 65% stable humidity.

Yeah they did that with mine... That's a funny name, yeah most of the captive breed bloods are puppy dog tame. I would look at vpi.com care sheets. I think they have the best care sheets. Just make sure the got side doesn't get above 88F and at night the temp can drop to 75-78F.

Yours is a blood or borneo? She looks gorgeous. My female probably weighs in at 7 lbs now. I'm going to weigh my make after he sheds.

She's a red blood, hopefully she'll be a firecracker in the coming years. I expected a bite or two, but I'm very happy with her. VPI is one of the pages I read over, they say they give their little ones about 40 square inches of space, Love has 140..so I guess it's fine until she puts on more weight. I'm glad she made the trip well!

Good news: Love at a rat pup today! She was too scared to eat while I watched, so I wrapped a nice dark sheet around her little tub and watched through a hole. She perked right up in the dark and gave the pup a good squeeze. I'm so proud of her!

Well, the good news is, I don't think they deliver before 9 am, so probably the little one was just placed. Usually everyone has them shipped to arrive before noon, so its safe to say they will be safe as long as you know when they are being shipped No signature is required normally, but I cannot believe they would TAKE THE PACKAGE back... lol.
