What do you do?

So I know some people cut their eggs,
Some don't.

But those who do,
How do yoh care for them?
How do you take care of them after you cut them?
I've read many different veiws on what people do such as
Some add water to the eggs
Some just slit and wait for the hatchlings to emerge on their own.
Some people slit as soon as the first one pipps on its own
Some cut on certain days...

What is your process? What do you do?

Its really up to you but me personally..

I wait until the first pips then cut. If they haven't piped by day 56 I cut anyway. After cutting I simply put them back in the incubator until they are ready to come out by themselves. But again that's just me.

After seeing two beautiful pins that drowned in the egg because they could not pip once (not mine), I cut all mine around Day 52.

What "I" do, is that I first make a small snip, then squeeze a lot of the egg white out before continuing a "V" cut to see what's inside. Kevin McCurley showed me this method on one of my visits.

I then just mist them inside the egg daily with water to keep them moisturized.
